Due to the nature of some of our products, it is not always possible for us to provide customers with a full refund. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase we will always try to provide the best solution we can to resolve the issue so long as we are notified within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
We hold the right to refuse a refund if we feel that an item has been returned in a condition other than that it was sent. Refunds can take 7 days to re-appear back in your account so please be patient.
